My agent went above and beyond for me. I was a first home buyer so I had no clue where to start my home search, what the process was to buy a home.. completely green. My agent took the time to explain all of the steps to me and to patiently answer any questions I had. She also advised us, as we were touring homes, what to look for as we were walking through the homes. I really felt like we were taken care of during the entire process. I also appreciated my agent’s quick communication. Every time I wrote to her, she responded right away. Even after settlement, and our relationship came to a close, she still took time to answer what remaining questions I had. Ronna & Bob know the Columbia real estate market extremely well. Each house we looked at they knew the builder and unique things to look for (and look out for). And they were looking out for me. They suggested we visit one property, and within a few minutes Bob said, “This one has hasn’t been maintained well. I’d pass.” and we left.
