When he’s not managing the family business, Boardwalk Fries, John is going the extra mile for his clients as a full time Realtor. Pass a home that catches your eye on a Friday night? Just give him a call. Need an extra thorough inspection? He’s on it. This admirable work ethic is just one thing John learned from his father, Francis.
Reflecting on 15 years of working with his father and uncle, John says “it’s an experience I wish everyone could have.” Working with family certainly comes with its challenges, but it’s taught John to treat everyone like family. Neighbors, friends, and clients are all family to John, so you’ll always be taken care of. As John says it, “Clients eat free for life.”
It was John’s buoyant personality and masterful “phone voice” that first earned him an interview at The Bob and Ronna Group. When he was chosen to join the team, he felt honored. Bob and Ronna are very particular about who they hire and John sees this reflected strongly in the quality of their team. “They have a great reputation,” John says. It’s common to see leaders who spend more time shaking hands and kissing babies than doing the work, but “Bob and Ronna are really plugged in,” says John. “They’re always available; that’s a big competitive advantage!”
After a long day on the job, John’s favorite thing is hanging out with his wife Melanie and their three young children with one more on the way!
